Age and verification
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. We may request government-issued identification and can cancel an order that cannot be verified. Age verification at checkout is required; a verification page alone does not replace that check.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to locations where the product is prohibited or where our carrier or supplier restrictions apply. Before ordering, check your state, county and city rules. Orders may be held or canceled when a destination cannot be verified as eligible. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout or confirmed with your order.
Do not order to New York City, Washington, D.C., or any jurisdiction that prohibits the product. This list is not exhaustive; local restrictions can change.
Returns and warranty
Contact us before returning an item. Products must be unused and in original packaging unless defective. Warranty coverage, exclusions and return eligibility are confirmed per product and order. We do not accept returns of items prohibited at the destination when the buyer did not verify local law first.
